Roger Terry is one of the world’s leading experts on applying NLP to drive excellence both professionally and personally. Roger leads seminars and consults with companies situated in the UK, USA, Europe, and the Middle East. He is the author of several books including The Hidden Art of Interviewing, NLP and Qualitative Research, NLP for Teachers, and The NLP Toolkit.
Roger’s natural affinity with science and engineering combines with his effective use of the latest business and personal development tools to produce clear and precise practical sessions. This invariably motivates delegates and teams to perform to even higher standards when they return from our training back to their workplace. His philosophy is simple – deeds speak louder than words – move beyond mere thinking about change, embrace it as an integral part of your daily life, and support it through positive attitude and approach. The results of this strategy become self evident as teams form and drive the organisation in such a way that it will thrive, no matter what the climate.
With an enthusiastic and forthright approach he creates powerful, thought-provoking, fun learning experiences. Roger has an engaging and pragmatic style that allows him to coach both individuals and teams to perform with excellence. His goal is to leave participants with skills and concepts that will help them grow and achieve more with less time, effort, and money.
